MLS Stats released for improved residential property (not lots) for all Naples MLS users for July 2006.

Pending transactions for the month of:

July 2006: 289 Down 51.1%
July 2005: 591

Sales continue at a slow pace, compared to the record setting year of 2005. It's anticipated that pending sales will start to increase this October in anticipation of a pickup in demand and as offering prices adjust from the market correction.
