MLS Stats released for improved residential property (not lots) for all Naples MLS users for June 2006.

Pending transactions for the month of:

June 2006: 329 Down 52.3%
June 2005: 690

Transactions for June were lower than the levels of the last five months. Sales of single family homes continue to outpace condos, with 208 single family homes and 121 condos of the 329 transactions. Should you desire a list of sold and pending properties for any community please contact me.
